Coach
Dee
Coach Dee is our USA Basketball Gold Licensed Girls 11U head coach known for high energy and strong fundamentals. With a more than 80% win percentage and multiple tournament championships in 2025, Coach Dee develops confident competitors and accountable teammates.
Coach Hull
Coach Hull is our 15U Head Coach, bringing over five years of high-level AAU experience and four years at Loudoun County High School. He specializes in elite skill development, game strategy, defensive systems, and situational basketball, preparing athletes to compete with confidence at advanced regional levels. Known for building strong relationships while holding players accountable, he creates a positive, demanding environment that helps players grow on and off the court.
Coach K
Coach Brad K. is our assistant coach known for an intense, energetic approach rooted in accountability and effort. Born and raised in the DMV, Brad played Division III basketball and brings a player-centered lens to coaching. Combining high standards with positive, clear teaching, he focuses on building confident decision-makers, daily skill development, and encouraging each athlete to become the best version of herself on and off the floor.
Coach Sheila
Coach Sheila is a Loudoun County native and former college basketball player. A standout at Middleburg Academy, she played on several top Northern Virginia AAU teams before continuing her career at Penn State Wilkes-Barre.
She now trains and mentors developing players and serves as a varsity assistant coach in Loudoun County. Coach Sheila is the assistant coach for the Loudoun Lynx 15U team, and the Lynx are excited to have her experience, leadership, and passion for the game helping guide the program.
Coach Courtney
A Loudoun County native, Coach Courtney is an assistant coach for the Loudoun Lynx 15U program and is passionate about developing student-athletes while giving back to the community. A former player at Stone Bridge High School, she competed on elite AAU teams across the DMV and later played club basketball at the collegiate level.
She has since returned home to serve as an Assistant Varsity Coach at Loudoun County High School, bringing a calm, detail-oriented approach to the game. With a strong focus on fundamentals and basketball IQ, Coach Courtney is dedicated to helping Lynx players grow with confidence both on and off the court.
